Interesting ideas, although I wouldn't exactly call those things listed "passive" income as I don't believe passive income actually exist, unless someone has a sugar daddy/mommy or something along those lines as you'll still be actively having to do something. Beyond the setting up stages, there is still maintenence to worry about.
