I, too, am reading "Atomic Habits" and found the book to be life changing. I am in the process, now, of getting back into the habit of reading and writing more toward my end goal. Waking up early has always been a desire of mine and I've been putting it into practice more, lately. I also appreciate the additional quotes. Good article!

Interesting a relatable post. I think what you expirienced is similar to my own as I started to mature. The things that I used to think others wanted me to be has become more of a disinterest because it wasn't making me feel any better, in fact, it made me not want to hang out with those people because it felt draining being someone else.

Peace is definetly a "good boring." I too had/have stages where my brain sought out self-destructive habits. Meditations and reading books, like "Atomic Habits" are what helped. Good look with everything!

Regards,

VE
